FOOH SPEC

Dior Rouge 999

Bold color. All day. No fade. No compromise.

Project overview

Dior Rouge 999 is an independent FOOH spec built around a simple thought: a red this iconic should leave a mark. The film transforms Da Nang’s Dragon Bridge into a monumental luxury-beauty installation, using impossible scale, bold color, and a recognizable landmark to turn product identity into public spectacle.

The Idea

Dragon Bridge is already a dramatic sculptural landmark, so the concept treats it as an active part of the beauty story rather than a backdrop. The bridge and surrounding city become a canvas for Rouge Dior 999, allowing its signature red to make an unmistakable gesture at architectural scale. The result connects luxury, confidence, and lasting visual impact in one location-specific idea: a smile too bold to miss.

The Process

I conceived the concept, selected the landmark, and developed the visual transformation, product presentation, composition, and story beats before directing the production through a hybrid AI and motion-design workflow. Generative tools helped create and animate source material, while product accuracy, architectural continuity, scale, environmental interaction, pacing, compositing, and the final finish were shaped through hands-on direction and post-production.

  1. 01Concept & Location Design

Connected Rouge Dior 999’s signature color and luxury positioning to the form, scale, and cultural presence of Da Nang’s Dragon Bridge, then designed the transformation around that relationship.

  2. 02AI-Assisted Production

Directed iterative image and video generation to develop the bridge installation, monumental product imagery, bold red gesture, perspective, lighting, and continuity across the sequence.

  3. 03Motion & Finish

Built the final illusion through editing, animation, compositing, environmental light and shadow, color control, timing, and finishing so the impossible intervention feels grounded in the real location.

AI was used as a production tool within a directed creative process. The concept, location strategy, visual transformation, shot construction, motion decisions, compositing, and final finish remained hands-on creative work.

Let’s create something people can’t ignore.
